Rayak is a community platform where residents share honest reviews about buildings in The Pearl, Doha, to help future neighbours make informed housing decisions. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

When you post a review, you confirm that:

• It is based on your genuine, first-hand experience as a resident or visitor.
• It is factual and given in good faith.
• It does not contain false statements, defamatory claims, hate speech, threats, or personal data of other people.
• You grant Rayak a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate your content on the platform.

We may edit, hide, or remove any content that violates these rules, without notice.

• No fake, paid, or incentivised reviews.
• No reviews on behalf of agents, owners, or competitors.
• No harassment of other residents, owners, staff, or community members.
• No scraping, automated access, or attempts to bypass moderation.

Reviews are moderated before going live. Approval is at our discretion and we may remove approved content later if new information arises.

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of residents, not Rayak. We do not verify every claim and we do not guarantee that any building will meet your expectations. You use the information at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rayak is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or decisions made based on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Doha.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
